Big Little Fish Televisions first children’s series nominated for Content Innovation Award 2023 at MIPCOM

(London - August 31 2023) Big Little Fish today announces that the company’s first ever children’s series, Meet the McQueens, has been nominated for a Content Innovation Award at MIPCOM 2023.

Big Little Fish Television’s Head of Children’s and Young Audiences Ros Attille said “we are beyond thrilled to be recognised in the Best Live Action Kids Programme category alongside some fabulous children’s content.”

Meet the McQueens (20x15) was produced for CBBC and features teenage cooking sensation and self-styled ‘king of the kitchen’ Omari McQueen and his nine-strong family.

Each episode follows the family’s humorous antics as they explore the world around them and take on life’s big and small challenges. With laugh-out-loud moments as the kids play, prank each other and plan surprises, every show is punctuated with Omari preparing an easy vegan meal to inspire young viewers to get into the kitchen themselves.
